Despite a lot of absences Arsenal remains a favorite here. The hosts will miss Remsey(suspended), Gibbs, Arteta, Gitoud and Walcott. Considering this facts Arsenal seems to be not as powerful as bookmakers say. Their last match against Everton confirmed some problems in a defense line as the team recieved 2 goals and got only 1 point after that match.
Besiktas on the other side will play with a full strength squad. They had 8 days to prepare for this meeting as the guests had no matches since the last Champions League performance.
Arsenal are a bit tired after a very hard game with Everton. With a lack of players it will be too difficult for them to score a lot here so Besiktas will have a nice opportunity show their desire to play in the Champions League next round as both opponents are equal on my opinion here.
